Overview

Voice Calling Tablet with Dual SIM Provision

Acer Iconia Talk S is a voice-calling tablet by Acer which also has LTE support. It was announced in November and released in December, 2014. It has a big screen, tablet types narrow design and perfect touch facility. All in all, this device is a mixture of tablet and mobile phone. It delivers superb audio/video quality which will definitely attract customers. Moreover, it has dual SIM provision which make your life easy by separating your personal and professional life.

Display and Design

The front of the tablet is dominated by a 7-inch TFT LCD touchscreen which has a display resolution of 1280x720 pixels. The screen responds very beautifully to the multitouch gestures whether it is for gaming or camera. Measurement wise, it has a height of 190mm, width of 99.8mm, thickness of 8.5mm along with a weight of 270 grams.

Processor and OS

It runs on Android 4.4-KitKat operating system that lets you enjoy new features and improved design. Powering the device to control basic operations is a 1.2GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 8916 processor and 1GB RAM. Together it handles multiple tasks and provides unrivalled service to its users.

Camera and Memory

It also bring rear and front camera for its users to capture and save all their precious moments. It packs a 5MP camera at back panel whereas front panel has got a 2MP camera. The picture resolution provided by rear camera is 2592x1944 pixels which is quite acceptable according to its price range. It stores the important data in 16GB of internal memory and if one want to expand the storage level, it has microSD card support of upto 128GB.

Connectivity and Battery

The device supports 2G, 3G and 4G support which lets you enjoy high data speed. while the other connectivity features of tablet includes GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, USB cable and GPS/A-GPS. It packs a Li-Ion 3780mAh battery under the hood for the long usage period.
