Acer Liquid Z630S is a lollipop powered 4G smartphone announced in September, 2015. It is a variant of 'Z630' which is also announced in the same year with little bit difference in their specifications. It is a dual SIM handset which also supports dual stand-by option where both cards are active. When one is busy, the other is not active. It supports good features like Lollipop OS, 3GB RAM, 5.5 inch screen, 4000 mAh battery, octa-core processor, 8 MP rear and front camera. The detailed review of this device is discussed below.

Display and Dimensions

It holds a 5.5 inch IPS LCD multi-touch screen producing a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and 16 million color depth. It has a pixel density of 267ppi. The dimensions of the handset are 156.3x77.5x8.9mm and weighs around 165 grams. It is being equipped with accelerometer sensor, G-sensor, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.

Processor and Operating System

As far as processor is concerned, Acer has added 1.3 GHz Octa-core processor which works efficiently with Mediatek MT6753 chipset and Mali-T720 MP3 GPU. It is mated with 3 GB RAM for the purpose of multi-tasking. It runs on Android v5.1 (Lollipop) operating system.

Camera and Storage

It has an 8 MP auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and 8 MP front-facing camera with wide-angle lens. Both these cameras produces resolution of 3264x2448 pixels resolution. Other features supported by primary camera includes digital zoom, face detection and geo-tagging. The user can keep data like songs, movies, documents, files in its 32GB internal storage which you can further expand up to 32 GB through microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity features of this smartphone includes Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, microUSB, 2G (GSM), 3G (HSDPA), 4G (LTE), EDGE, GPRS and Wi-Fi. Fueled by a Li-Ion 4000 mAh battery which offers a talktime of 15 hours and standby time of 350 hours.
