This candy bar format phone comprises of a 1.8 inch TFT display with a resolution of 128x160 pixels and an alphanumeric keypad in 4x3 configuration. One Touch 1045 runs on the Proprietary Operating System and has been assisted with 4 MB RAM. The internal memory of the phone also stands at 4 MB and can store 100 SMS and 100 contacts in the phonebook. However it can be expanded up to 16 GB with a microSD card.

It operates on GSM quad band 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz frequencies. 1045 comes with the Dual SIM ability and Dual stand-by support that means you will remain active on both the connections all the time. SMS, MMS and Group SMS have been facilitated with the T9 dictionary and predictive text input to help in messaging. For calling, it features conference call, handsfree, fake call and black / white list.

It enables photography with its VGA camera at the back that is capable of playing videos also. For the music buffs, the handset has the music player supporting MIDI, MP3 and the wireless FM radio. User can apply polyphonic ringtones on the phone or can set it on vibration mode. Plus the support of 3.5 mm audio jack further lets the user to use any headsets with the phone.
