Alcatel One Touch Flash Mini 4031D is a low-budget smartphone announced by Alcatel in August, 2015. Its a bar shaped phone with normal looks. It comes equipped with an entry-level features with nothing new in the terms of design or style. It packs a 4-inch screen, 5 MP camera, dual-core processor, dual SIM configuration and KitKat operating system. The device is just perfect for the buyers who want to switch their featured phone and just require touch phones. Display and Design

The smartphone boasts a 4-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen at front which is also seen in range of budget smartphones. It provides a screen resolution of 800x480 pixels along with 16 million color depth and 233ppi pixel density. Measurement wise, it has a height of 123 mm, width of 64.4 mm and a thickness of 9.9 mm. The phone is bit bulky and heavy in built. So, holding it in palm for long hour may proves uncomfortable.

Processor and OS

Processing the device is a 1GHz Dual-core ARM-Cortex A7 processor and MediaTek MT6572M chipset along with Mali-400 GPU. It is aided to 512 MB RAM which is not a powerful unit for lag free working. It is suitable for the users who use it for calling and messaging only. As more data will lead to hanging problem. The operating system used in this smartphone is an Android 4.4 KitKat version.

Camera and Memory

The phone supports 5 MP camera at the back frame with auto-focus, LED flash, digital zoom, face detection and geo-tagging features that ensures great photography in dim light conditions. On the other hand, it includes only 0.3 MP camera on the front frame. In the terms of storage, it has 4 GB internal memory and up to 32 GB of expandable memory via microSD card.
