Big Screen Lollipop Powered Smartphone With Powerful Battery

ASUS ZenFone 2 ZE500CL is a latest handset of Zenfone series of the ASUS. It was announced in March and stated to release in the same month. It's a big screen smartphone comes with various features to amaze the users. It packs a 5-inch display, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology, latest operating system, dual-core processor, huge storage space, good 8 MP camera and non-removable powerful battery. Apart from this handset, ASUS also have ZE550ML, ZE551MML in this series. Below is the brief description of this smartphone :

Display and Design

The phone adorns a 5-inch display at front with 1280x720 pixels resolution. It is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology to protect it from damage and scratch. The dimensions of the phone is measured as 148.1 mm height, 71.5 mm width, 10.9 mm thickness and it weighs around 155 grams. Measuring the thickness and weight, this device is bit thick and heavy which cause difficulty to hold it into palm for long period.

Processor and OS

It comes powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor under the hood with 2 GB RAM to handle all the basic operations of the phone with ease and less power consumption. It provides an accurate and speedy performance of the phone. Running the device is a latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.

Camera and Memory

For the camera lovers, it is equipped with a 8 MP main camera and 2 MP front-facing camera. It also offers LED flash while clicking pictures from the main camera that let you enjoy photography in dim light condition. Storage wise, this device supports an internal memory of 16 GB which can be further expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity features of the phone includes 2G, 3G HSPA+ and 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and Bluetooth. One can enjoy fast internet surfing and sharing of data through this device. For the long backup, this handset depends upon 2500 mAh battery which is residing under the hood.
