ASUS ZenFone 6 is the latest dual SIM, dual standby smartphone by Taiwanese manufacturer Asus which was announced recently in January, 2014 at CES 2014 and will be released soon. It is announced under the new line of mid-range smartphones called ZenFone which features an exciting new Asus ZenUI. It comes in a pack with a charger, a data cable, a headset, an user guide and a powerful non-removable Li-Po 3230mAh battery. It has a height of 166.9mm, a width of 84.3mm and a thickness of 9.9mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 200gms and runs on 2G(GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz) and 3G(HSDPA 850/900/1900/2100MHz) network frequencies. It comes in four beautiful shades which includes Pearl White, Charcoal Black, Champagne Gold and Cherry Red at a price of US$ 199 along with some stylish covers.

ASUS ZenFone 6 has got a 6.0-inch, capacitive and multi-touch, IPS LCD touchscreen with a HD resolution of 720x1280 pixels, GloveTouch and PenTouch, 16M color depth and 245ppi pixel density. It comes with a RAM of 1GB along with an internal memory of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD memory card. It is an Android v4.3, Jelly Bean OS based smartphone(soon upgradable to v4.4 KitKat) with a dual-core 2.0GHz Saltwell processor, an Intel Atom Z2580 chipset, a PowerVR SGX 544MP2 GPU, some sensors such as accelerometer, light, proximity and compass and a lot of other features which includes a 3.5mm audio jack, ASUS SonicMaster audio technology with virtual surround sound via headphones, a loudspeaker, a HTML browser, Java via MIDP emulator, an organizer, a video and an audio player with a lot of supported formats, a document viewer, photo viewer/editor, voice memo/dial, turn-by-turn navigation, tethering, computer and OTA sync, haptic feedback, voice recording and many more.

ASUS ZenFone 6 has also got a 13.0MP rear camera with a resolution of 4128x3096 pixels, f2.0 aperture, digital zoom, ASUS PixelMaster technology, BSI, auto focus, digital image stabilization, geo-tagging and LED flash which can even record videos of 1080p@30fps. It also has a 2.0MP front camera with a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels and digital zoom for selfie and video calling. For messaging, it includes SMS, MMS, E-mail, Push mail, IM and integrated social networking sites along with predictive text input. For connectivity, it has a GPRS and EDGE, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and EDR, a v2.0 micro USB port, WLAN feature with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi direct and hotspot and 3G speeds of HSDPA 42.2Mbps and HSUPA 5.76Mbps.
