Celkon A115 is an affordable dual SIM phone. It is powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The front panel of the phone has a 5 inch capacitive touchscreen with image resolution of 480x854 pixels. It has a length of 148mm, width of 72 mm and thickness of 9.3 mm. It has a massive weight of 135 g. It comes with 1.2 GHz dual core processor mated to a 512 MB of RAM.

The rear panel of the phone houses a 5.0 MP of camera and a speaker. 5 MP primary camera clicks images at 2592x1944 pixels of resolution. There is no secondary camera in the phone. There is a 2000 mAh Li-ion battery with the handset that claims to deliver a stand-by time of 280 hrs, where as the talk-time promised is 6 hrs. The internal memory available on this handset is 4 GB and it can be expanded up to 32GB. On the connectivity front, it supports GPRS, Bluetooth, EDGE, 2G, 3G network.
