Colors Mobiles is a Nepal based company that recently unveiled its latest sensation in Pearl Black series which is Colors Pearl Black K2 Full HD. It has a super stylish looks with bag full of features. It is expected to be launched in India soon.

Design and Display

The phone is designed using a bar format. Its front panel consists of a large display and three soft touch buttons. This premium smartphone is among the world's slimmest smartphones. It has 144 mm of height, 69 mm of width and 7.7 mm of thickness as its dimensions. Colors Pearl Black K2 Full HD has got a 5 inches IPS capacitive touchscreen with full HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, 441ppi pixels density and One glass protection along with Amigo user interface. The company claims that the device has features with which the phone will operate on sensor driven commands and also the calls can be attended by just putting the phone near to the ear.

Hardware and Software

It is powered by 1.5 GHz Quad Core Cortex A7 processor and 2 GB RAM. On the storage part, it has 32 GB of internal memory. The phone operates on the Android v4.2.1 Jelly Bean Operating System. It also avails light, proximity, E-Compass, Gyro and G sensors to have effective operations.

Telephony and Messaging

It is a mini SIM smartphone that operates on 2G ( GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz ) and 3G ( UMTS 900 / 2100 MHz ) frequencies. For messaging it supports SMS, MMS, Email and IM. It also has the T9 dictionary that helps in typing.

Camera

The device has a rear camera of 12.8 MP with BSI sensor, Zoom, Flash and Auto-focus features that provide a resolution of 4128x3096 pixels. The company also claims that the camera features 360 degree Panorama shot, 99 continuous shots and smile activated sensor photography. It also has a 5 MP front camera that provide a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels. Both cameras support Full HD video recording.

Entertainment

For entertainment it features music player, image viewer / editor, video recorder, video player / editor games, FM radio, ringtones and SNS integration. Plus availability of dual speakers and 3.5 mm jack further increases its capabilities.

Connectivity and Battery

The device has connectivity options for GPRS, Wi-Fi, EDGE, Bluetooth, USB and Handsfree. It also features GPS to help in navigation. The phone packs a Li-ion battery of 2020 mAh.

The phone would be made available at a price of Rs 38,500 approximately.
