Dopod is a company that manufactures the Windows Mobile Smartphones. The company is currently operating in south-east Asia and Australasia. Dopod International was founded in 2004 and is currently owned by Taiwanese Windows Mobile device manufacturer HTC. The company owns over 50 percent of its share which the company owned on 2nd June 2006. Dopod International manufactures PDA (Portable digital Assistance) phones. The latest and most recent models are Dopod P100, Dopod E616, Dopod 700, Dopod P800, Dopod 838, Dopod S1, Dopod Touch Diamond, Dopod Touch Pro, Dopod touch HD, Dopod touch HD 2.
