Huawei Honor 7 is the company's latest smartphone in the Honor series announced in June, 2015. It is available in optional dual SIM variant in three color options which includes Silver, Gold and Grey. It goes on sale from July 7th. It costs 1999 Chinese Yuan ( Rs. 20,515 / US$ 322 approx.) for the 16 GB single SIM version, 2199 Yuan for the dual SIM variant ( Rs. 22,577/ US$ 355 approx.) and 2499 Yuan ( Rs. 25,645 / US$ 403 approx.) for the 64GB dual SIM variant.
It flaunts a 5-inch multi-touch In-cell touch display having a resolution of (1920 x 1080 pixels. The device has a uni-body metal finish. Huawei Honor 7 is based on Octa-Core HiSilicon Kirin 935 SoC accompanied with big.LITTLE configuration and works on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Emotion UI 3.1 on top. It offers a 20 MP primary camera with Sony sensor, auto focus, face detection and LED flash that will helps you focus a subject in only 0.1 second and 8MP front shooter with LED flash for clicking better selfies and doing video calls. It comes packed with highly sensitive fingerprint sensor that is available at the back of the device, similar to the Ascend Mate 7.
Talking about its battery, it is fuelled by a 3100mAh battery with fast charging power that helps to charge the device up to 50% in just 30 minutes and 100% in 1 hour and 25 minutes. It is paired with a 3GB RAM which is perfect for multi-tasking and gaming. The buyer can purchase this smartphone in two memory variants i.e. 16GB or 64GB and can expand this storage up to 128GB via microSD card. On the connectivity front, the smartphone has features like 4G, 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi and NFC.
