Fly GC222 is an affordable triple SIM phone launched by an Indian company, Flyphones in July 2011. The phone has a simplistic looks and it is designed by using a bar format. It comes loaded with an entry level feature which is worth according to its price tag.

Design and Display

At the front, there is 2.2-inch TFT screen along with the resolution of 320x240 pixels and 262K color depth. The phone comes in a sleek black metallic chassis with user friendly QWERTY keypad. The dimensions of the phone are measured as 111.9mm (height), 62.5mm (width), 13.2mm (thickness) and 103.2 grams (weight). The phone is light in weight but it is a bit bulky in design.

Camera and Memory

The phone brings 1.3MP rear camera with digital zoom, the maximum picture resolution you can set is 1280x1024 pixels. The quality of the images it clicked is good enough. The phone also features a video recorder which captures video of MP4 format. There is no secondary camera available on the phone. In the terms of storage, the phone memory is capable of holding 500 contacts at the time.

Connectivity and Battery

The phone has a bluetooth, USB port to share the data with other devices and GPRS to access internet. While it draws a backup from Li-Ion 1000 mAh battery that promises a talk time of up to 9 hours and standby time of up to 200 hours.

Other Features

The other productive tools like mobile tracker, sound recorder, call restrictions, call conference, speed dial, auto call recording, audio player, Ebuddy and Opera Mini are present on the phone. While keeping you entertain and busy in free time, it offers you a FM Radio, audio system and games.
