Forme N71 is a dual SIM phone which was announced in August, 2010. The handset comes in a pack with a charger, battery, headset, data cable, user manual and a warranty card. The specifications of the phone are discussed in detail below.

Design and Display

The N71 is designed by using a bar format which makes it easy to use and handle. It has a height of 109mm, width of 46mm and a thickness of 15mm as its dimensions. The phone features a CSTN display of 1.8-inches which provides a resolution of 176x220 pixels along with an alphanumeric keypad present below it.

Telephony and Messaging

This dual SIM phone with dual standby operates on 2G (GSM) network frequencies. The phone is featured with SMS and MMS for messaging. The call quality delivered is good at most of the times. The user can store a limited number of contacts to the phonebook memory of Forme N71.

Camera

The device comes equipped with a primary camera of 0.3 MP which provides a photo resolution of 640x480 pixels. Unfortunately, the phone does not have any secondary camera for video chatting purposes.

Multimedia

The N71 is featured with music player for the entertainment of the users. The FM radio is also there which gives uninterrupted and better signals. The user can watch favorite movies and videos with the help of an inbuilt video player. One can increase the external memory of phone with the help of a T-flash card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity option includes Bluetooth, USB port, GPRS and hands-free connectivity. It is energized by a removable standard lithium battery which delivers a talk-time up to 4 hours and standby time up to 120 hours.
