The Gionee Pioneer P4S is a new entrant in the Pioneer series of Gionee which is known for the budget smartphones with high-end features. It was announced in April, 2015. The P4S too comes out with an interesting feature at a quite reasonable price. It supports a KitKat operating system, quad-core processor, microSD card support, 1 GB RAM and good camera. The sales package of the phone also features window flip cover. Lets have a brief look on its specification below:

Display and Design

The Gionee Pioneer P4S features a 4.5-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen with 854x480 pixels resolution and 262k colors depth. It is crafted with semi-transparent shell and crystal skin which gives you gentle feel. It has a height of 134.5 mm, width of 67.7 mm and 8.7 mm thickness as its dimensions and it weighs around 124 grams. The build of the phone is slim and it is light in weight, so user can hold it comfortably in one's palm.

Processor and OS

It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor which is coupled with 1 GB RAM to handle all operations with ease. Together, it provides enough room to the data that need fast access. Running the device on a Android 4.4 KitKat operating system which provides less features as compare to the latest OS version.

Camera and Memory

For the camera lovers, it brings 5 MP primary camera along with flash feature so that user can click clear picture in the dim light condition. On the other hand, it has 2 MP camera at front for the selfies of acceptable quality. To store all your important stuff, it supports 8 GB internal memory which can be further expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity features of the phone includes 2G / 3G network support, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and microUSB 2.0. For the backup, it depends upon Li-Ion 1800mAh battery which delivers a 2G talktime of up to 12 hours and standby time of up to 340 hours. It supports around 9 hours talktime and 280 hours standby time on 3G network.
