Indian manufacturer HI-Tech came out with its 7-inch tablet, 'Hi-Tech Amaze TAB 3G' in March 2014 to beat the rising competition of market. The company is known for its premium quality tablets and mobile phones at an affordable prices. It comes in a pack with battery, data cable, charger, user manual, warranty card and USB cable.

Design and Display

Hi-Tech Amaze TAB 3G has a 7-inch multitouch display with a 800x480 pixels resolution. It has a length of 197mm, width of 124mm and a thickness of 11.3mm as its dimensions.

OS and Memory

It operates on Andorid 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and packs a 1GHz processor along with 512MB of RAM for unrivalled functioning. On the storage front, it supports internal memory of 4GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

Camera and Connectivity

For shutterbugs, it has a 3.2 MP primary camera and 0.3MP of front-facing camera with digital zoom but  it lacks LED flash. In terms of connectivity, it offers GPRS, EDGE, WiFi 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS and USB connectivity.

Calling and Other Features

Calling features of the tablet includes direct calling, mute option, smart answering, hands free and conference call. For entertainment, it offers music player, video player, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. Some of the additional features offered by tablet are MP3, Mp4, Playstore, Youtube, Whatsapp, WeChat, Yahoo, Google search and One Browser.

Battery

It draws a backup from Li-Polymer 3000mAh battery which allows 14 hours of talktime and 700 hours of stand-by time on 2G network.
