Huawei Honor 3C 4G got announced in May, 2014. It is expected to hit the markets in June, 2014. The box contents includes a handset, battery, charger, earphone, USB cable, user manual and warranty card.

Design and Display

The phone is designed using a bar format. It has 9.2 mm of thickness and a weight of 145 grams. Huawei Honor 3C 4G has got a 5 inches, capacitive IPS LTPS touchscreen with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, 294ppi pixel density and Emotion 2.0 User Interface.

Hardware and Software

It has been powered by 1.6 GHz Quad Core processor and 1 / 2 GB RAM. Presence of Mali 450 GPU ensures good graphics experience. On the storage part, it has an internal memory of 8 / 16 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB with a microSD slot. The phone operates on the Android v4.4.2 KitKat Operating System. It also avails accelerometer, proximity and compass sensors to have effective operations.

Telephony and Messaging

The device operates on 2G, 3G and 4G networks. It features Dual SIM ( GSM + GSM ) facility with Dual stand-by support that lets you to stay connected with two networks at the same time. For messaging, it supports SMS, MMS, Email, Push Mail and IM. It also has the T9 dictionary and predictive text input feature that helps in typing.

Camera

The device has a rear camera of 8 MP that provide a resolution of 3264x2448 pixels. The camera comes with features like Zoom, LED Flash, auto-focus, HDR, touch focus, Geo-tagging, face detection and Full HD video recording. It also has a 5 MP front camera that provide a resolution of 2560x1920 pixels.

Entertainment

For entertainment it features music player, image viewer/ editor, video recorder, video player, games, FM radio, ringtones, SNS Integration, inbuilt apps and Java support. Plus availability of loudspeaker and 3.5 mm jack further increases its capabilities.

Connectivity and Battery

The device has connectivity options for GPRS, Wi-Fi, EDGE, Bluetooth, USB and handsfree. It also has GPS with A-GPS support that helps in navigation. The phone packs a Li-ion battery of 2300 mAh.
