Stylish 4G Smartphone At Affordable Price

Huawei Honor 4A is a dual SIM stylish smartphone from the Honor series of Huawei. It was announced in July, 2015. It has joined the league of affordable smartphone to give tough competition to the rivals of this segment. It has got a lot to offer like large screen, 3G/4G support, 2GB RAM, huge battery and good camera. At the price below 7000 or 8000, it is a better option among other smartphones available in the market with same set of specifications. Moreover, it comes with an option of 3G and 4G variant. Let's take a brief look on its specification below:

Display and Design

The front of the phone is dominated by a large 5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen which offers a display resolution of 1280x720 pixels. It flaunts a 16 million color depth and 294ppi pixel density. Designed elegantly, it packs a array of sensors and front camera on the top bezel and there is no external buttons on the phone. The device is sleek and slim with a measure of the thickness at 7.8mm.

Processor and OS

Under the hood, it packs a 1.1GHz Quad-core Cortex-A7 Qualcomm MSM8909 Snapdragon 210 processor that is coupled with 2GB RAM to provide lag free multitasking. Running the device is an Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system which is based on Emotion 3.1 UI.

Camera and Memory

To let the users capture every moment, it comes equipped with 8MP rear camera with LED flash, digital zoom, face detection, touch focus and geo-tagging. The highest resolution one can set for the pictures are 3264x2448 pixels. On the other hand, it has 2MP camera on front for the selfies of acceptable quality. One can also record HD video through the main camera. On storage front, it has an internal memory of 8GB which can be expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The Honor 4A has two version - one of which support 3G while other supports 4G. It also support Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and USB as its connectivity attributes. It is loaded with Li-Po 2200mAH battery under the hood for day long usage period.

Shades and Price

It has been offered in three color options including Black, Gold and White. The Gold color look amazing on the device. The expected price offered for 3G variant is $96 (INR 6100) and for 4G variant is $112 (INR 7100). In the race of budget smartphones, it might beat Redmi 2 and Lenovo A6000.
