Huawei has launched a wide range of smartphones in the market and 'Honor 4X' is one of them. It comes in a pack with a charger, battery, headset, USB cable, user manual and warranty card. Let's check out what Huawei has packed under the hood of Honor 4X.
Design and Display
Huawei Honor 4X is designed using a bar format that imparts it a slim and angular look. It comes with a height of 152.9 mm, width of 77.2 mm and a thickness of 8.7 mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 165 grams. The overall look of phone is impressive with a nice wide IPS LCD display of 5.5-inches which provides a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. There are three soft touch keys present below the display for back, home and options.
Hardware and Software
The smartphone is powered by a Quad-core 1.2 GHz processor along with a massive RAM of 2 GB. The device has an internal storage of 8 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB via micro SD card. It runs on the Android v4.4.2 KitKat operating system. The phone also has sensors for accelerometer, proximity and compass.
Telephony and Messaging
This dual SIM device with dual standby supports the GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz, HSDPA 900 / 2100 MHz and LTE 1800 / 1900 / 2100 / 2300 / 2500 / 2600 MHz network frequencies. The user can store an unlimited number of contacts to its phonebook memory. For messaging, it comes loaded with SMS, MMS, email, push email and IM services.
Camera
Honor 4X has a primary camera of 13 MP which provides a resolution of 4208x3120 pixels and is featured with an LED flash, auto-focus, digital zoom, Geo-tagging, touch-focus, face detection, HDR and panorama. The 5 MP secondary camera provides a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels and enables the users to make a video call.
Entertainment
The device features a music player, FM radio and a video player for the entertainment of users. Music and video player supports most of the popular formats. One can record 1080p full HD videos on to the device. It also comes pre-loaded with various apps for the comfort of users.
Connectivity and Battery
The connectivity attributes of the device includes GPRS, EDGE, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v4.0 A2DP, micro USB v2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi hotspot and hands-free connectivity. The device has a GPS, A-GPS with GLONASS support for navigation. It is fueled by a Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery which delivers a talktime up to 15 hours and standby time up to 200 hours on 3G network.
The Honor 4X is dipped in two beautiful colors that are White and Gold. Overall, it serves as a good package from Huawei.
