Overview

Perfect Smartphone for Style-Oriented Budget Buyers

InFocus M370 is a new smartphone from the American company InFocus. It was announced in July and slated to release in September, 2015. It has a impressive design and style. InFocus designed it mainly for the Style-oriented budget buyers. Its textured back cover is a main highlight along with a great features. It comes with latest OS, 8 GB internal memory, good camera, microSD card support and large screen. Though with the same set of specification many smartphones are there in the market already. Let's see how well it will do in this competition. The main rivals of this smartphone are Redmi 2, Moto E (2nd Gen), Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 and Spice Dream Uno Mi-498.

Display and Design

The smartphone features a 5-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen at front with 1280x720 pixels resolution and 16 million color depth. Measuring a pixel density of 294ppi, it provides sharper visuals to its users. The textured back cover is good for grip and overall, its design is impressive as compare to other devices of this segment. Dimensions wise, it has a height of 143 mm, width of 71.5 mm, thickness of 8.1 mm and it weighs at 125 grams. And it supports two SIM at time through Dual SIM support.

Processor and OS

Powering the device is a 1.1GHz Quad-core processor with Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset and Adreno 304 GPU. It is paired to 1 GB RAM to handle multitasking, but the processor is bit lower in unit than average. The operating system is a latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with a support for Inlife UI.

Camera and Memory

It is equipped with 8 MP camera on back frame which supports LED flash, digital zoom, geo-tagging features for the clear images. It provides a picture resolution of 3264x2448 pixels. On the other hand, it has 2 MP camera for the front shots. For the storage, it has 8 GB internal memory and 64 GB expandable memory through microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity attributes of this phone are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microUSB, GPS and it has a support of 2G, 3G, 4G band frequencies. For the messaging, it supports SMS, MMS, Email, Push Email and IM service. For the backup, it relies on Li-Ion 2230mAh battery.
