Intex I-Buddy 3 is a 7-inch tablet launched by the Indian company Intex on October 15, 2012. It comes in a pack with earphone, user guide, micro USB cable, charger, OTG cable and warranty card.
Intex I-Buddy 3 has a TFT LCD type capacitive touchscreen of 7-inch with a display resolution of 800x480 pixels. The measurement of its dimensions are: 191 length, 117 width, 11.2 thickness and 325 grams weight. It comes in only Grey color option.
At the heart, it comes loaded with 1GHz Cortex A8 processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU. For the experience of new features and improved performance, it runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
On camera front, it has a 0.3MP of primary camera with LED flash, digital zoom and additional features like continous shooting, smile detection, scenes and multi shot. There is no front camera available with this tablet. For the storage of data, it boasts a 4GB of internal memory and for the extension of memory, it supports microSD card of up to 32GB.
In the terms of connectivity, it has WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, USB, bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE and 3G connectivity through dongles and Airtel data card. It is energised by rechargeable Li-Po 2800 mAh battery with a stand-by time of 3 hours 30 minutes.
For the entertainment, Intex i-Buddy 3 supports music player and audio formats supported by this tablet are MP3, WMA, AAC, AMR. It has a communication facilities like instant messaging and Email. It has only single SIM compatibility. It also has some pre loaded applications like Google Play, GTalk, Gmail, Google Search, Android Browser and E-book.
