Design

The Karbonn A14 is a regular bar shaped smartphone from Karbonn released in July, 2014. It packs a large screen, latest operating system, good camera and customized user interface for its users. It comes in a pack with a battery, user manual, ear phone, USB cable, warranty card and charger.

Display and Dimensions

The handset owns a 4.3-inch LCD screen at the front with a display resolution of 480x800 pixels. The screen flaunts 217ppi pixel density. The phone has a length of 129.9mm, a width of 69mm, thickness of 9.4mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 120 grams.

Processor and OS

Powering the device is a 1.2GHz dual-core processor which is coupled to a 512MB RAM to perform its tasks. The device runs on the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system which provides you more polished design and improved performance.

Camera and Memory

To capture your precious moment, the device comes equipped with a 5.0MP camera on the back panel with some features like digital zoom, auto-focus and LED flash. For selfies and video calling, there is 0.3MP camera on the front panel that clicks at a 640x480 pixels resolution. It also allows you to capture as well as play videos. In terms of storage, the phone supports 4GB internal memory and 32GB external memory through the microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

A14 offers Wi-Fi support, GPRS and EDGE to let you enjoy fast internet experience along with a Bluetooth, USB port for the data sharing and PC connections. It also facilitates GPS with A-GPS to navigate directions. The battery ticking inside the phone is of 1400mAh unit which delivers a good backup to the phone.

Multimedia

Karbonn A14 comes pre-loaded with FM Radio, games and music player which keeps you busy and entertained in the idle time. It supports MMS, SMS, Email services to keep you in touch with friends and it has QWERTY keypad for the easy typing.
