The Magicon MG 5800 is a sleek, multimedia touch screen phone packed with a dual SIM feature. Users will love the smooth, 2.2-inch TFT display, sharp at 240 x 400 pixel resolution and the 2 MP camera with video recorder. In the hood are multimedia features such as FM Radio with recording, MP3/ MP4 player that supports AVI, 3GP, FLV, and RMVB file formats, motion sensor, and Torch Light, among many others.

In terms of connectivity, the Magicon MG 5800 does not get left behind with GPRS, Bluetooth, USB Connector, WI-Fi, and WAP Browser. The phone also offers excellent messaging features with EMS and Instant Messaging, aside from the usual SMS and MMS. Users can store as many files as they want with the expandable external memory of up to 16 GB.
