Maxx is one of the leading Indian mobile manufacturing company. Its Maxx WOW MX507i is the newly launched basic featured phone that is available in various color options.

Design and Display

It is a simple gadget weighing only 92 grams and is very easy to use and carry. This bar shaped device consists of 123.3 mm in height, 53.2 mm in width and 11.5 mm in thickness as its dimensions. Its front has a 2.4 inches TFT screen, a D-pad and an alphanumeric keypad.

Software and Memory

It works on the proprietary Operating System and can store 50 SMS, 100 MMS and 300 records in its memory. The internal memory can be expanded up to 8 GB with a microSD card..

Telephony and Messaging

It is a Dual SIM handset that runs on 2G 900 / 1800 MHz frequencies. For messaging, it facilitates SMS and MMS. For calling, it features auto call recording, auto redial, call time minute reminder, SMS on call reject and call blacklist.

Multimedia

To meet the clicking requirements, it features a basic 0.3 MP rear camera that takes acceptable pictures. It supports MP3 formats of audio files and 3GP, AVI formats of video files. Also you can listen to FM radio, record videos, record sounds or can play embedded games.

Connectivity and Battery

Although it does not support connection with the web, but it facilitates sharing of files with Bluetooth and USB connectivity. It packs a Li-ion battery of 1500 mAh that ensures stand-by time of up to 400 hours and talktime of up to 3.5 hours.

Other Features

To make the device more useful, the company has packed features like torch, alarm, calendar, calculator, world clock, currency convertor, phone-lock, anti-theft, privacy protection and auto keypad lock.
