Micromax launched many rich featured smartphones in the Indian market with a reasonable price tag. In the term of quality and performance, Micromax mobiles fits very well. Canvas and Bolt series of Micromax has received huge acclaim in the market. Micromax Bolt AD4500 is one of the Bolt series mobile announced in November, 2014. It comes with an entry level features and reasonable price tag to woo the masses.

Display and Design

Bolt AD4500 features a 4.5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen at the front along with a display resolution of 480x854 pixels. Having 16 Million color depth, it ensures you true life clarity of the videos, games and pictures etc. As far as looks are concerned, this Dual SIM phone can beat any any top brand smartphone selling in the market.

Processor and OS

The company hasn't added latest version of OS in this phone, it runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. At the heart, it packs a 1.3 GHz dual core processor and MT6571 chipset which is coupled with a 512MB RAM.

Camera and Memory

Bolt AD4500 comes equipped with a 5MP primary camera with LED flash, digital zoom and auto-focus feature. It also facilitates you 0.3MP front camera for the acceptable quality pictures. The highest resolution you can set for the primary camera is 2592x1944 pixels. To store pictures, audios and videos it has got an internal memory of 4GB along with a microSD card provision for up to 32GB memory.

Connectivity and Battery

This handset operates on 2G network frequency and offers GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi for the user connectivity. It also has bluetooth to assist you in wireless data sharing and USB cable to connect with other devices or PC. It comes loaded with a Li-Ion 2000mAh battery that promises a maximum talktime of up to 7 hours and standby time of up to 318 hours.

Micromax has offered this device in only Red color option and it is available in the market at Rs. 5290 approximately.
