The Micromax Q6 mobile phone is a shiny silver handset with a slide-out QWERTY keypad that the company likes to call the Land Slider, even if it already has a standard T9 keypad on front. This provides users an option to choose from when typing and making messages and emails.
It features a one-touch Facebook access, the NimBuzz multi-instant messenger and a pre-loaded Opera Mini browser. Full connectivity options include EDGE, GPRS, WAP, MMS and Bluetooth A2DP. A 2.0-megapixel camera is installed at the back of the unit. For multimedia access, a FM radio is included as wells as a MP3 player. It’s a bit heavy at 130 grams, but it may have something to do with the slide out QWERTY keypad included. The display is a TFT QVGA Screen with a resolution of 320×240 Pixels. It has a Dual GSM-Dual-Band at 900/1800 MHz, and users can access two different networks simultaneously through the dual SIM card slot.
