Spice C810

Spice C810 is a bar phone and the key pad has nothing out of the ordinary. The keys are tightly stacked but are comfortable to use. The D-pad is placed above the alphanumeric keypad and the placement of the calling keys is as usual. In terms of shortcuts to increase the usability of the phone most of the them are on the keypad itself like the D-pad has the shortcut of music player, message, shortcut list and operator service.
Also the volume keys are on the side panel which is quite easy to use. The good thing is that the charger and USB port are separate from the headphone socket which is of 3.5 mm giving freedom to use headsets other than those provided with the phone. The phone works on both Reliance and Tata connections.
It has a 1.3- megapixel camera the picture quality is decent. Even in low light conditions, the photos are sharp and clear. There are functions like night mode, self timer etc. Three frames are given which can be added while taking a photo. One can also play the video in full screen mode. Apart from the quality and size you can also set the length of the video.
The C810 comes with a music player as well as an FM radio. In the music player you can create play lists and sort music on the basis of name, date and format. The player has five equaliser presets and two can be set by the users. The sound quality of the player both in the loudspeaker and headset mode is commendable. Same is the case with the FM radio, where one can set up to 20 channels.
The most outstanding feature of the phone is its battery. At 2000 mAh it is a powerhouse thatcan give up to 15 days of standby. It means you just has to charge twice in a month and 10 hours of talk time. The phone has an expandable memory of up to 2 GB but on the downside the slot is placed under the battery, which becomes very cumbersome to manage.
