ASUS ZenWatch Lands on the US Google Play Store for $199

Following the footsteps of Samsung, Sony, LG and Apple, Taiwanese company ASUS has also launched its first smartwatch in US market dubbed as 'ASUS ZenWatch'. It was first introduced in September, 2014 at the leading trade show named IFA. Company hasn't disclosed its plan of launching this smartwatch in other countries, but for now, it is available to purchase in US through online electronic store 'Best Buy' and Google Play at $199.99 which is Rs.12,350 approximately according to Indian currency.

 
Talking about the specifications, ZenWatch features a 1.63-inch display along with a 320x320 pixels resolution. Its rectangular design with Black base color and soft stitched leather strap looks great and you can also wear it as a fashion accessory. At the heart, it packs a Snapdragon 400 Chip processor and 512MB RAM which is responsible for whole functioning of apps. The dimensions of the smartwatch is measured as 51 x 39.9 x 7.6mm along with a total weight of 75 gram.

It is certified by IP55 ratings for water resistance. The most interesting feature of this watch is that it comes with adjustable straps of three color options, which you can change according to your dress or choice. It also offer 100+ combination for the watch face to suit your mood. It also come fitted with in-built microphones to listen voice commands.
 
The company has loaded many features in this watch for the user comfort like remote camera, Find My Phone, watch unlock, cover to mute and presentation control. Moreover, it packs 9-axis sensor which will track your steps, heart rate, relaxation level, calories burned and exercise intensity. All in all this smartwatch is a perfect monitor of your life which not only keep you connect with others but also monitor your health.
