Celkon Millennia Epic Q550 With 5.5-inch HD Display Launched For Rs. 10499

Celkn Mobiles has launched new smartphone in its Millennia series named as Celkon Millennia Epic Q550 for the Indian market. The launch event took place in New Delhi. It comes with a price tag of Rs. 10,499 (approx., may vary). The managing director and chairman, Y Guru and executive director, Murali Retneni was also present on the event. Before this offering, company has also launched Celkon Millennium Ultra Q500 in the market.  

Putting light on its features, 'Millennia Epic Q550' comes with a big 5.5-inch IPS OGS display of 1280x720 pixels resolution. Measurement wise, it has only 7.9mm thickness and it weighs at 143 grams. Height and width of the phone is not revealed by company yet. Supporting dual SIM facility, it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and packs 1.3GHz Quad-core ARM Cortex A7 processor along with a RAM of 1GB. For the photography, it come equipped with a 8MP rear camera and 2MP front-facing camera with LED flash. It offers 3G network support, GPS, Wi-Fi, USB OTG and Bluetooth as its connectivity features. Backed with 1GB RAM for performance, it will allow you to store contents in 16GB internal memory and if you want to store more, it allows you microSD card with a support of 64GB storage capacity.   

Under the hood of the phone resides a 3500mAH battery for the long usage time. It will be available in Indian retail stores as well as online store at Rs. 10499 approximately. You can also grab this phone on discounted price on ecommerce portals. In the launch event, Executive director, Murali Retneni commented that, "Millennia Epic will give its users an experience that is more exhilarating than most premium phones available in the market especially at a steal deal price of just Rs 10,499/-.
