Gionee Launches CTRL V4S Smartphone at Rs.9,999

Gionee is one of the China's largest mobile phone manufacturers, initially founded in 2002. Later in 2010 Gionee started concentrating on slimmer smartphone design. Now Gionee has launched a new smartphone in it's CTRL V-range in India, named the Gionee CTRL V4S, costing Rs.9,999. Lets take a quick glance to it's specifications.

In terms of photography, this smartphone features 8 megapixel camera with LED flash and auto-focus and has a front-facing camera of 2 MP meant for taking selfies and attending video calls. It is basically a Dual SIM handset that bids a 4.5 inch FWVGA (480X854 pixels) IPS display. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor that supports 1 GB RAM. It comes with 8GB internal storage. This classy phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat version.

Gionee has used laser carving process and ion plating on CTRL V4S to make the look of the mobile phone more elegant. The Gionee smartphone measures 131x65mm and weighs 85 grams (without battery). The thickness of this phone is 7.8mm and is equipped with a 1800 mAh battery, which according to the company grants upto 10 hours of talktime on 3G network and upto 16 hours of talktime on 2G networks.

This smartphone's most highlighted features enables it to exchange files, videos, photos with another phone in a prompt as long as the two screens are put together. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, GPRS/EDGE, microUSB, GPS/A-GPS, FM radio and 4.0 Bluetooth. This smartphone will be available in two color options that is Black and White.
