Google Project Tango Tablet Appeared On Play Store

Google's Project Tango tablet has listed on the Play Store. In June, 2014 Google announced that it will bring the same tablet along with LG in 2015. But regarding its sale there is no word yet. This device is mainly for developers and it is appeared in 'Black' and 'White' models. It is expected to cost $1,024 (INR 63000). As it is a developer kit, the tablet comes without a warranty card and the company will not be issuing any refunds or accepting any returns. It is an ambitious product which has the ability to measure dimensions of the surrounding.

 
Talking about its features and specifications, the Project Tango Tablet comes with 7.02 inch HD IPS screen that offers a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels and has a pixel density of 323 ppi. It is covered with 'Corning Gorilla Glass' which protects the screen from scratches. The dimensions of the tablet are measured as 119.7x196.33x15.36mm and carries a weight of 370 grams. Google has designed this device by using a bar format. It is powered by NVIDIA Tegra K1 with 192 CUDA cores processor which is paired with 4 GB RAM. It works on Android v4.4.2, KitKat operating system which is considered to be the latest version of OS.
  
The Google Project Tango has 4 MP rear shooter with digital zoom and a 1MP camera at the front for selfies and video calls. It is equipped with 128 GB internal memory which can be extended to 128 GB with the help of microSD card. For connectivity purpose, it supports only NFC and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n. It is fueled by 4960 mAh battery. Google has added few entertaining features in the tablet which includes a radio, video player, music player, image viewer, games and 3.5mm jack/port. The tablet comes with some impressive sensors in order to add 3-D mapping and also loaded with advanced scanning software.
