HTC Desire 210 Dual SIM Launched in India for Rs. 8700

Taiwanese manufacturer, HTC has unveiled the 'HTC Desire 210 Dual SIM' smartphone in the Indian market. Latest mobile from the company is also joining the line of budget smartphones. It is a dual SIM (GSM + GSM) (micro SIM + Regular SIM) smartphone with dual standby. It has a 4-inch capacitive touch screen display along with the resolution of 800x480 pixels. The thickness of the phone is measured as 10.5mm and it weighs only 130 grams.

Operating system version offered in this smartphone is Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with HTC sense. At the heart, it packs a 1Ghz dual-core MediaTek MT6572M processor and 512MB of RAM. For the storage of data, it supports 4GB of internal memory with an expandable memory of up to 32GB by using microSD card. Connectivity options of the phone includes 3G network, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. For the photography, HTC Desire 210 Dual SIM comes fitted with a 5MP rear camera and 0.3MP front-facing camera.

Company has tagged this budget device at a very affordable price of Rs. 8700 (approx., may vary). It will be available to its customers by the end of this month. Regarding the color options there is no information yet, except the common Black color.

Before the HTC Desire 210 Dual SIM smartphone, HTC has also launched Desire 310 Dual SIM last month with the price tag of Rs. 11,700 (approx., may vary). It is also a budget device with a screen size of 4.5-inch along with resolution of 480x854 pixels. It packs a 1.3Ghz Cortex A7 processor along with a 512MB of RAM. Camera wise, it is also loaded with 5MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front-facing camera. It seems that these budget smartphones by HTC will definitely compete with the Micromax Canvas Turbo Mini and Xolo Q1100.
