HTC Desire 820s Powered by 64-bit Octa- Core MediaTek Announced

HTC which was earlier known by High Tech Computer Corporation is basically a smartphone maker headquartered in new Taipei City, Taiwan. The brand new addition to HTC Desire family has its top clarity in images, high end speed and volume.

Named the HTC Desire 820s, a cheaper variant of the Desire 820 is the latest contribution in the world of smartphones. From the regular HTC Desire 820, the new 820s now carries few extra modified features in it. It is powered by a 1.7GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek processor conjoined with 2GB of RAM.

Other features are similar to the Desire 820, including a 5.5 inch screen display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. This smartphone runs on the latest version of Android 4.4 KitKat OS with HTC Sense 6 UI. It also packs up a rear camera of 13 megapixel with a front-facing camera of 8 megapixels and dual-front-facing BoomSound speakers.

This phone has 16GB internal storage which can be expanded upto 128GB via microSD card. Coming onto the connectivity front, this phone supports Wi-Fi, radio, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, 3G and 4G LTE. It has a battery backup of 2600 mAh.

It supports the Dot-view cover patterns and has a range of shades like Tuxedo Grey, Marble White, Saffron Grey, Santorini White, Monarch Orange and Blue mist.
