HTC officially unveils Desire 601 and Desire 300

HTC has added two more smartphones in its portfolio dubbed as 'HTC Desire 601' and 'HTC Desire 300'. HTC Desire 601, target the mid-range buyers with some high end features, while HTC Desire 300 is the entry level smartphone. These devices will be available to buy in the beginning October 2013,  only in the selected markets.

The new phone, HTC Desire 601 packs a 4.5inch qHD display. It was previously known as HTC Zara. At its heart, it has 1.4GHz dual core processor and 1GB of RAM memory. It support internal storage of 8GB, which can be further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card slot. Moreover, it brings rear camera of 5MP along with additional features, including Sequence Shot, Always Smile and HTC Zoe gallery. Operating system version is not yet disclosed by the company.

Talking about the HTC's second phone 'HTC Desire 300', It comes with a 4.3inch WVGA display. It is powered by a 1GHz dual core Snapdragon processor and 512MB of RAM memory. Camera features of the phone includes 5MP rear camera and VGA front facing shooters. It comes with 4GB internal storage further expandable up to 64GB microSD card.

In the terms of connectivity, both devices sports Bluetooth, Wi-fi and 3G network for high speed data communication. There is also a 'Blinkfeed' software feature in the both devices.
