Huawei Honor 7i with 13MP Flip Camera Officially Announced

The Chinese tech giant, Huawei has announced the wonderful camera-centred smartphone, "Honor 7i" in its popular Honor series today. It comes fitted with a unique camera that can be used as a selfie catcher at time. The company has used revolving technique in the camera so that it can flip up to 180-degree. Unlike its sibling, Honor 7, this smartphone supports a fingerprint sensor at the side of the phone. It automatically detects wet fingers and get unlock. At the same time, it works as a camera shutter for capturing front shots.

Feature wise, it comes equipped with a 5.2-inch multi-touch display at front with 1920x1080 pixels resolution. It packs an octa-core Snapdragon 616 processor at the heart along with Adreno 405 GPU. There is an option in this smartphone for 2GB and 3GB RAM. Running the device is an Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Emotion UI 3.1. Moreover, it also supports Dual SIM configuration. The dimensions of the phone are 141.6mm height, 71.2mm width, 7.8mm thickness and it weighs at 160 grams.

For the shutterbugs, Huawei Honor 7i has a wonderful 13 MP flip camera with Sony sensor, 28mm wide-angle lens, dual-tone LED flash, sapphire crystal protection and f/2.0 aperture. On connectivity front, there is 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS options. In the terms of storage again there are two options 16GB and 32GB. Both the versions have microSD support up to 32GB. For the backup, it comes loaded with 3100mAh battery.

The Huawei Honor 7i has two Black and White color options on offer. The 2GB RAM/ 16 GB memory version of this smartphone comes with a price of 1599 Yuan (INR 16,375 approx.) for China Mobile whereas it cost 1699 Yuan for the China Telecom and China Unicom. The 3GB RAM / 32GB memory model holds an 1899 Yuan price tag which is INR 19,440 approx. according to India.

As it clears from the above mentioned price, it is available to order and purchase from China only. There is not any information regarding its global launch yet. Stay tuned for more updates.
