Karbonn Launches Titanium Octane and Titanium Octane Plus in India

Karbonn has launched two new smartphones in the Indian market dubbed as 'Titanium Octane' and 'Titanium Octane Plus' today. Both these devices will go on sale in the end of April 2014. Company has priced the Titanium Octane' at Rs.14,490 and Titanium Octane Plus at Rs.17,990.

Talking about the features of Titanium Octane, it has a 5-inch HD IPS display along with the resolution of 1280x720 pixels. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat OS, it packs a 1.7Ghz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor with Mali450-MP4 GPU. It is a dual SIM device with the dimensions measured as 145.7x71.2x7.9 mm. It is loaded with an auto-focus 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP secondary camera. Storage wise, it offers 1GB RAM and 16GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB with microSd card. It draws a backup from a 2000mAh battery.
 
Titanium Octane Plus has 5-inch full HD IPS display and its operating system is similar to Titanium Octane. For the wonderful camera experience, it has 16MP auto-focus rear camera and 8MP fron-facing camera. Connectivity features of the phone include Bluetooth, 3G HSPA+, GPS and Wi-Fi. Storage wise, it supports 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal memory with the expandable memory of up to 32GB. Company has fueled it up with the 2000mAh battery. It seems that Karbonn Octane Plus will give tough competition to the 'Micromax Canvas Knight A350' because of their similar features.
