Micromax all-set to launch Bolt A40 smartphone

Micromax is all set to launch 'Bolt A40' smartphone in its Bolt series for the budget friendly buyers in India. The phone is come with entry level specifications and already spotted on the official company website. It will be available to buy at the online as well as offline stores by the end of the next week and its price is expected to be around Rs. 5, 000.

Feature wise, Micromax Bolt A40 comes with a 4.5 TFT touchscreen display along with resolution of 480x854 pixels. At the heart, it is powered with a 1GHz Spreadtrum SC6820 processor and 512MB of RAM memory. It is running on the Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS version. It is loaded with 512MB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. In the terms of camera, it brings 2MP of rear camera and 0.3MP front facing shooter. Moreover, it is a Dual SIM device with GSM+GSM network support.

Connectivity features of the phone include WiFi, USB2.0 option and Bluetooth. The phone is fueled by a 1500mAH battery which company claims to provide 4.5hours of talk time. It is also pre-loaded with useful applications like Hike, 3in1 bubbles, EYE Room, Opera Mini, Spuul and M!Live.
