Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 Launched in India for Rs. 8500

Micromax has launched the 'Canvas Doodle 3', a 6-inch phablet in the Indian market. It is offered in India with a price tag of Rs. 8500 (approx.,) and it would go on sale from April 25. It is a dual SIM phone, with a 6-inch FWVGA display with a 480x854 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and packs a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor along with 512MB of RAM.

For the storage, it is loaded with 4GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. Connectivity features of the phone includes 3G network, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi. In the terms of camera, it brings a rear camera of 5MP with LED flash and 0.3MP front-facing camera. The company has fueled it up with a 2500mAh battery.

Features of the phone is more enough to grab the attention of budget buyers. Although the company provide feature rich phone at a very affordable price tag. It will get tough competition from 'Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus', which has a 5.0-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. Under the hood, it has a 1.3Ghz quad-core processor and a RAM of 1GB. For the camera lovers it has a higher auto-focus 8MP rear camera with LED flash than Canvas Doodle 3. It comes in common Black and White color with connectivity options of Bluetooth, USB, GPRS, Wi-Fi. In the terms of storage, it supports 4GB of internal memory with an expandable memory of up to 32GB with the help of microSD card slot. 

To attract the customers, Micromax has also offered magnetic flip cover with the device. It is also come loaded with some apps like M!live, Getit, Opera, M! Doodle and Kingsoft Office. On the occasion, CMO of Micromax, Shubhodip Pal said that, "At Micromax, we have always aimed to offer something new and different with every product launch with affordable innovation being our core DNA."
