Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 with 13MP camera, 8-core processor & 1GB RAM launched for Rs. 5999

Micromax has added one new smartphone in its Canvas series known as 'Canvas Xpress 2 E313'. It is exclusively launched on Flipkart with a price tag of INR 5,999. It comes loaded with remarkable features to cater the need of youngsters who use multiple applications at time. It is also seen as the most reasonable smartphone with Octa-core processor in the market. Like its siblings, it too supports dual SIM configuration and 3G network.

Talking about the specs, it comes with 5-inch HD IPS display at front that offers a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. It is also coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. At the heart, Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 packs 1.4GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT 6592M processor aided to 1GB RAM and Mali 450 GPU. While, running the device is an Android 4.4 KitKat OS which is upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Multimedia feature of the smartphone are 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio.

For the shutterbugs, it brings a wonderful 13MP rear camera which is rarely seen in the budget smartphone. Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 offers dual LED flash, Largan 5P lens, 1/3.06-inch OmniVision OV13850 sensor. At the front, it is equipped with 2MP camera only that too support OmniVision OV2680 sensor. On connectivity front, there is a 3G support, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. For the power, it depends upon 2500mAh battery which resides under the hood.

In the terms of shades, Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 E313 is available in Black with Gold color only. It will go on sale from August 4 after 2PM on Flipkart.com. Moreover, company has also offered free 3G data for Vodafone customers with 2 months validity with this smartphone. The registrations of the phone will start on July, 28 from 6PM till August 3, 2015.
