Micromax Launches Canvas 4 in India for INR 17999

Micromax launches its smartphone 'Canvas 4' in India with the price tag of INR.17999. Micromax Canvas 4 is better than A116 on some front. Although there is lot of change from the specifications leaked before launch. It has some interesting features like Blow to unlock, Touchwiz (feature borrowed by Samsung). It comes with 5.0inch HD display along with resolution of 720x1280 pixels.

Canvas 4 runs on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS and packs a 1.2GHz Media Tek MT6589 quad core processor, 1GB RAM. On camera front, it offers 13MP rear and 5MP front facing camera along with camera features like vertical panorama, stabilization, multiple face detection and five element lens. Usual connectivity features are WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G, Hotspot.
 
On storage terms, it boasts internal memory of 16 GB and 32GB of expandable storage. Although, Micromax 'Canvas 4' is differ from 'A116' in the terms of Camera, memory and some smart features, It doesn't seem justified if customers pay almost 5K more than A116.
