Motorola launches Droid Maxx, Droid Ultra and Droid Mini
Motorola launches 'Droid Maxx', 'Droid Ultra' and 'Droid Mini', the three smartphones in partnership with Verizon. It is reportedly the predessor of 'Razr Maxx', 'Razr HD' and 'Razr M'. One of the newest and amazing feature is Motorola’s 8-core chip known as X8 Mobile Computing System. The cores helps in spliting the tasks, & conserving the battery.

Thisis similar to Droid Maxx in case of hardware, but the peformance of the battery is different. It is comparatively thinner (7.2 mm) and lighter (137 g).

Software features--
All of the three smartphones run on latest Android 4.2 (JellyBean).
Touchless Control:
These Droid users can make phone calls or they can search for directions without having the need to touch the screen.
Active Display:
The phone marks the notification by lighting up certain parts of the screen a notification and not by lighting the whole part of the screen to save the battery.
Quick Capture and Droid Zap:
Camera apps include Quick Capture to launch it instantly from standby mode and can share the captured images with others within 300 feet distance.
Droid Command Center:
A widget for showing weather, time and battery details.
Motorola Connect:
This is a chrome extension which helps to sync the smartphone’s messages and calls to the browser.
Motorola Assist:
It provides various modes such as for driving, meeting or sleeping.
Droid Migrate:
This feature helps to move data from their old phones to Motorola’s smartphone.
Pricing and Availability:
The smartphone is expected to be released next month for Verizon customers. The trio have the price range of $699 for Droid Maxx, $599 for Droid Ultra and $499 for Droid Mini.
