Nokia Announces 220 and 220 Dual SIM Feature Phones

After launching three Android smartphones in the market, Nokia has also announced an all-new budget phone at the MWC 2014, dubbed as Nokia 220. It is also available in both single and Dual SIM variant. It comes with five color options for the customers such as White, Red, Yellow, Black and Cyan.

Nokia 220 comes equipped with a 2.4-inch LCD screen along with a display resolution of 320x240 pixels. The measurement of  dimensions of this smartphone is as 116.4x50.3x13.2 mm and it weighs around 84 grams. For the camera lovers, it brings a normal fixed-focus camera of 2 Megapixels that provides a picture resolution of 1600x1200 pixels and it is also capable of recording QVGA videos. At the front panel, there is no camera. On the connectivity front, it has 2G support, GPRS, USB and Bluetooth facility.

Storage wise, it supports a phonebook capacity of 500 entries and up to 32GB of microSD card for the extra storage. The company has also loaded it with the useful apps like Twitter, Facebook, Yahoo Messenger, six Gameloft games. While it draws a day long back-up with its Li-ion 1100mAH battery.

Nokia 220 and its Dual SIM variant will soon go on sale in the selected regions including middle east, India, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Latin America soon.
