Nokia Launches Photobeamer
Photobeamer is a new Windows Phone 8 app exclusive to the Nokia Lumia 820 and Lumia 920 that shares photos via a QR code. Nokia Company believes there's an easier way to share a photo slideshow smartphones, and internet-connected devices with the Photobeamer. The new application creates the code that users open on a computer browser and then scans the QR code using the phone's camera.
Photos are then immediately transmitted and displayed on the screen. It's an effective way to trigger a slideshow on a larger screen with access to a browser. This app can beam photos to the screen quickly even on a 3G connection.
