In their bid to implement the restructuring plan Nokia is continuing its efforts to offload office space. Firstly they sold it's headquarter in Espoo now they have sold the Peltola campus in the Finnish city of Oulu. The Peltola campus has been sold to storage and business space provider Technopolis for €30.5 million ($40.8 million). However Nokia is not totally out as they will keep on using approximately 17,400 square meters of office space on long-term rent just like it did in its Espoo deal.

According to Nokia spokesperson they will lease the same space that they currently use from Technopolis i.e. 17,400 square meter so that our operations in Oulu will not affect by the sale. Technopolis will acquire approximately 37,600 square meters. They will fill up to 64 percent of its space by the second half of 2013 and 90 percent within two years.
