Nokia's New Tablet With 5.0 Lollipop OS

Nokia has announced its first Android tablet called the 'N1' on 18th November, 2014. This tablet shows resemblance to the Apple's iPad Mini rear end, with its perfect camera, audio jack and button placements. Even bottom of the tablet is identical to that of iPad Mini. The N1 features one-piece design and aluminum with surface anodization which imparts it, the sheer slimness.

Nokia N1 has got an Android v5.0, Lollipop operating system and Nokia Z Launcher. It comes with a height of 200.7 mm, width of 138.6 mm and a thickness of 6.9 mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 318 grams. The front panel features a 7.9-inch IPS panel with LED backlight and fully laminated zero air-gap display along with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has a resolution power of 2048x1536 pixels and a pixel density of 326 ppi. Powering the tablet is a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor which has a clock speed at 2.3 GHz and accompanied by a 533 MHz PowerVR G6430.
 
The N1 has a LPDDR3 (800 MHz) RAM of 2 GB and an internal memory of 32 GB eMMC 5.0. The 8 MP rear facing camera is also there which is featured with autofocus while the front-facing camera has a 5 MP count that comes with fixed focus. One can also view and record 1080p videos on to the device. Backing up the N1 is a Li-Po 5300 mAh rechargeable battery. On the connectivity front, it has Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, dual channel (2.4GHz & 5GHz) with MIMO, Bluetooth v4.0 and MicroUSB 2.0 with a Type-C reversible connector.

The Nokia N1 is dipped in two elegant looking color options which are Natural Aluminum or Lava Gray. This tablet is priced at $249 (Rs. 15380 approx.).
