Allview X2 Xtreme with 2GHz 8-core Processor Announced in Romania

The Romanian company, Allview has announced its latest smartphone 'X2 Xtreme'. It is slated to release in Romanian market on August 15, 2015. It is also said to be a romanian version of 'Gionee Elife E8' because of its resemblance and similar spec list. Well, Elife E8 is a flasghip device of Gionee and it is expecetd to launch in July this year. Back to X2 Xtreme, it comes with a fingerprint scanner at the rear end.

Talking about the specs, the Allview X2 Xtreme comes with 6-inch display at front with 2560x1440 pixels resolution. At the heart, it packs a 2GHz octa-core processor, 64-bit MediaTek MT6795 chipset and G620 GPU. It is aided to 3GB RAM to handle all the operations. While, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Dimensions wise, it has a height of 164mm, width of 82.3mm and thickness of 9.6mm.  

For the photography, it comes equipped with a 24MP rear and 8MP front-facing camera. Both the cameras are capable of capturing quality pictures and its main camera support 4k video recording. In the terms of storage, it boasts 64GB internal memory with expandable memory slot supporting microSD card. The connectivity features of the phone are similar to Elife E8. While for the backup, company has fueled it up with a 3500mAh battery under the hood.  

The Allview X2 Xtreme is available in its homeland to pre-order at 2199 RON while it will go on sale after August 15, 2015 at a price equivalent of $554. The details about its global roll out is not yet confirmed by the company, so stay tuned for more updates.
