Samsung Galaxy Core Prime 4G Launched in India for INR 9750

Samsung has unveiled its new Galaxy series smartphone, 'Samsung Galaxy Core Prime 4G' in the Indian market. It has been offered at a price tag of INR 9,999. Though, the company made it available through online retailer shopping.indiatimes.com at INR 9750. It was first showcased at the Samsung Forum 2015 held in Bangkok. The handset was slated to release in March this year but it landed in June finally.

Talking about the specs, Samsung Galaxy Core Prime 4G features a 4.5-inch display at front with 800x480 pixels resolution. Under the hood, it is equipped with a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor which is coupled to a 1GB RAM. Running the device is an Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system. The phone also support dual SIM configuration with dual Standby. The dimensions of the phone are measured as 131.3 x 68.4 x 8.8 mm and it weighs around 130 grams.

On the camera front, it has 5MP camera on the back which support LED flash feature and 2MP front-facing camera. For the storage purpose, it comes loaded with 8GB internal memory and expandable memory of upto 32GB via microSD card. The connectivity options of the phone includes 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS + GLONASS, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0. It draws backup from a 2000mAh battery. It also includes 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio with RDS.

The Galaxy Core Prime 4G is available in 'White' and 'Black' color option. The company has registered this smartphone on its official eStore, Samsung India eStore along with a price tag of INR 9999. As of now, it is out of stock.
