Samsung Galaxy S2 to Adopt Android 4.1

According to SamMobile, Rumor had it a bit while ago that Samsung Galaxy S2 will be receiving the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.  But as per the recent update it has moved from just being a rumor to confirmed news that the phone will indeed receive the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean Operating System and Samsung is currently in the process of testing the OS. The update is expected to be executed in September-October timeframe. Although, there has been no solid confirmation from Samsung itself so the readers are advised not to get their hopes too high. However, for Galaxy S3 owner, the news is definite and a leaked test firmware can also be downloaded, though at one's own risk. The final version is rumored to be released by August 29th.
