Sony launches Xperia Z1 Android Smartphone

At IFA 2013, Sony launches 'Xperia Z1'Android Smartphone. It is a 5inch phablet focused more on photography and ruggedness. For photography lovers, it brings 20.7 MP camera with some cool features. 

Sony Xperia Z1 comes with a 5inch capacitive full HD display with Triluminous technology which is used in its Bravia TVs by the company. It is running on Android 4.2.2 and packs a 2.2GHz Quad core Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM memory. It is a waterproof device which can survive for 30 minutes under 3 feet of water.

Main changes compare to its predecessor, comes in the form of camera. It consists of a 20.7 MP lens at the back of the device and interface of camera has been improved. It has a set of software like Burst Mode which allow you to click 61 images in 2 seconds and Info Eye which provide information about objects being shot. There is also 2 MP secondary camera for video calling and self portraits. Storage wise, it sport 16Gb of internal storage which can be expandable.

Samsung Xperia Z1 will be available in the market by September end. There is no information about its price yet.
