Sprint Launches Sonim XP Strike

Sprint has launched the ultra-rugged phone Sonim XP Strike. The phone can stand 6.5-foot drops to concrete and 30 minutes in two meters deep water. It is salt, rain, fog, shock, vibration, and dust resistant. Sonim XP Strike phone is being offered at a price of $129.99 on a new 2-year contract.  It further comes with a three year warranty of accidental damage. The phone has a 2MP primary camera with LED flash and video.

It also has GPS, Bluetooth v2.0 + EDR, 3.5mm jack, and FM. Memory is 256MB of RAM, 512MB of ROM and a memory card of upto 16 GB. To clear communication, there is noise-cancelling microphone. Display is 2-inch TFT with 1.8mm thickness and protected by Corning Gorilla glass. The 1,950mAh Lithium-Ion battery gives 8.5 hours of talk time. Dimensions are 4.95 x 2.3 x 0.98 inches and weighs 6.5 ounces.
