Videocon A29 Launches for Rs. 5799

Videocon Mobiles has introduced its new device in A series dubbed as 'Videocon A29'. It is offered at a very low and affordable price Rs. 5799 (approx., may vary). It comes equipped with a entry level features which is worth enough on this price tag. It has a TFT capacitive touch screen of 4-inch with display resolution of 800x400 pixels, which is the perfect screen size to hold the phone comfortably into your palm.

Videocon A29 is the dual SIM device with dual standby support. Runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system, it is powered by a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor and 512MB of RAM. The internal memory loaded in this mobile is 4GB and it also has a expandable memory of up to 32GB via microSD card. On connectivity front, it has a Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3G support and GPS. It also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio for entertainment.

It comes equipped with a 3.2MP of rear camera with LED flash and 0.3MP of front-facing camera for selfies. Under the hood, it is loaded with the 1400mAh battery. Shades available in this phone are pearl White and sinful Black. In the market competition where many companies offering budget smartphones, Videocon A29 will definitely compete with Karbonn Smart A27+, Lenovo A390 and Samsung Galaxy Star Pro. Talking about the Saumsung Galaxy Pro, it has a similar 4-inch TFT screen, but it is powered by a less 1GHz Cortex-A5 processor. It is running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system but the thickness of the mobile is 10.6mm which is less than Videocon A29. Overall, A29 has more impressive features than Samsung Pro.
