Nokia Lumia 530 is a Windows based smartphone by Nokia. It was announced in July and released in August, 2014. It is mainly designed for budget conscious buyers who want performance and style all together. It comes with powerful processor, Windows OS, good camera and sufficient memory which is worth enough according to its price. The sales package of the phone includes charger, handset, headset, user manual, warranty card and USB cable.

Display and Design

Lumia 530 comes with a 4-inch LCD FWVGA  capacitive touchscreen which has a display resolution 854x480 pixels and pixel density of 245ppi. The screen is ideal for gaming, videos, audios and texting. Measuring 119.7mm height, 62.3mm width, 11.7mm thickness and weighing 129 grams, this phone is quite bulky and heavy. But despite of that, it holds an impressive looks and its screen provides clear visual without any stress to eyes.

Processor and OS

At the heart, this phone packs a 1.2GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor coupled with 512 MB RAM. Together it provides ample room to the data that need fast access. The operating system version offered in this phone is Microsoft Windows 8.1.

Camera and Memory

To let you click pictures, it comes equipped with a 5MP camera at the back which is also capable of shooting 720p videos at 30 frames per second. The highest resolution of pictures one can set is 2592x1936 pixels. But it lacks secondary camera. For the storage purpose, it supports internal memory of 4GB which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

It includes GPRS, Bluetooth, EDGE, Wi-Fi, USB cable and GPS/A-GPS as its connectivity features. Social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter are also comes pre-loaded on the phone. For the back up, it depends upon Li-Ion 1430 mAh battery which promises a 2G talktime 13.20 hours and standby time of up to 528 hours.

The Nokia Lumia 530 comes in total five shades including Gray, White, Orange, Blue and Green. It is available at a price of Rs.5,879 approximately.
